At Black Men Matter Empowerment Hub, we are dedicated to delivering your unique, custom-made products efficiently and reliably. As our products are printed on demand, our shipping process involves both fulfillment (production) time and shipping (transit) time.
1. Fulfillment Time (Production Time)
- All products are custom-printed and made specifically for your order.
- The average fulfillment time is 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.
- This is the time it takes to create your product before it is shipped. Please note that fulfillment times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
- Shipping time is the time it takes for the order to be delivered once it has been fulfilled and shipped.
- Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days after fulfillment.
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping (if applicable and offered):
- Standard International Shipping: Can range from 5-20 business days or more, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Total Delivery Time Estimate
- Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.
- For example, a domestic apparel order might take a total of 5-12 business days (2-7 days fulfillment + 3-5 days shipping).
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, quantity, and your selected shipping method.
- We offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States.
- “Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.”.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed at the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
7. Lost in Transit
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
