1. Returns Due to Printful Error or Damaged/Defective Products

We offer a free replacement or a refund if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part or a defect in the product. This includes:

  • Damaged Products: Items that arrive broken or compromised.
  • Manufacturing Errors: Such as misprints, incorrect designs, or poor print quality.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Wrong Size/Color/Product Variant Sent: If the item shipped does not match the size, color, or variant you selected in your order.

Conditions for Returns/Refunds (Printful Error / Damage):

  • You must contact us within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the packaging.
  • Do not return the item to us before contacting us and receiving instructions.

2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Incorrect Size Chosen by Customer

As our products are made-to-order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Size Charts: Please carefully review the size charts provided on each product page before making a purchase. We recommend measuring a favorite garment and comparing it to our charts to ensure the best fit.
  • Color Discrepancies: Colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to monitor variations. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor color discrepancies.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

If your order falls under the conditions for a return (Printful error or damaged/defective product):

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Do not send the item back until you receive specific instructions from our customer service team. We will guide you through the next steps, which may include a replacement order or a refund.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your issue is confirmed to be a valid return reason (as per Section 1), we will process a replacement order or a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds typically take [e.g., 5-10 business days] to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Lost in Transit

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than [e.g., 30 days] after the estimated delivery date.
